We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team to drive growth and engagement across all digital platforms.


Job summary:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Aspris’ online presence. Leading on social media management, developing creative content and building an engaged audience, as well as producing paid campaigns that focus on generating applications for our key roles and referrals for our schools, colleges and homes.


As part of this role, you will support the Head of Digital Marketing and Content to manage our brand-new website, ensuring SEO and user experience best practices are implemented.

We are a close-knit team of ten, with a passion for building the Aspris brand and unlocking potential for ourselves and the young people under our care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the management, development and growth of Aspris’ social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, building an engaged network of followers made up of our key audiences – parents and carers, potential candidates, local authorities, colleagues and regulators.
  • Own the planning, execution, management and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
  • Produce creative and engaging content optimised for each channel (copy, graphics and video), ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with Aspris’ brand tone of voice and values.
  • Plan, develop and optimise paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok focusing on lead generation and high click-through rates.
  • Work alongside the Head of Digital Marketing and Content to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across our website, including optimising content and conducting keyword research to increase organic traffic.


Skills & qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, platform-specific trends and algorithms.
  • Experience with digital marketing management, content creation and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce or oversee the creation of engaging multimedia content (graphic design, video, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship builder who is comfortable collaborating across departments.
