At Aspris Children’s Services, we are searching for the right person to join and lead our home in Birmingham through the next exciting phase of its development.
Our children's home in Sheldon, Birmingham, supports three young males who have emotional, developmental and/or behavioural difficulties. The staff team is culturally diverse and offers 1:1 support; providing structure and stability in an understanding, supportive and non-judgmental manner. Our young people are highly active and love spending time outdoors doing various activities, so the successful candidate will need to have the energy and initiative to get involved. We offer a homely environment and dedicated staff team that provides a caring nurturing environment which enables the young people to enjoy and achieve. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment. We are looking for someone to be the spark, utilising the support of the wider Aspris Group to develop and inspire both our staff and children to achieve their full potential.
