What you'll do
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll be a key part of our children’s homes.
You’ll be supporting the Registered Manager, mentoring junior staff, and helping young people explore new interests and reach their full potential.
- Lead and support daily operations in a nurturing home
- Build meaningful relationships with young people
- Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills
