Sheridan School are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional administration team. We are looking for enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office, excel & word. The successful candidate who be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.

Sheridan School is a specialist therapeutic school for boys and girls aged 8 to 18 who experience a range of needs including SEMH (resilience, behavioural, anxiety and oppositional responses) In addition to this, the school also addresses complex needs such as attachment disorders, Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and a range of conditions within the Autistic Spectrum.

Communication – Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.

Organisation –You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.

Attentive – No two tasks are the same, so being attentive to greet all visitors, answering telephone calls, booking in appointments, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.
