We are looking for enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office, excel & word. The successful candidate who be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.
We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly effective administrator to co-ordinate and administer financial systems for school and our associated children’s homes. Using established systems, the post holder will be expected to:
- Process overtime, absence and all other exceptional payments.
Sense check payroll reports prior to the day of payment and identify required amendments.
Process new starters through the payroll system.
Keep all financial records accurate and up to date.
Place orders with agreed suppliers using established systems. Processing payment requests for goods and services.
Administer Petty Cash in line with policy and procedure.
Using an impressed system, ensure that cash is always available in all environments
